Cheesy nachos without cheese.

Rewind>>✨                                      I am the girl in blue.
Leading one of the most phenomenal projects in our school, this canteen service business has  undoubtedly illuminated me with some of the most appreciated skills in this world of mankind. It might appear to be pretty ordinary and prevailing at first but its planning and execution have definitely taken our lives off. Well, the idea of selling Burgers, Ultimate nachos, and Cheesy nachos was, luckily, admired by the entire secondary section in our school and even the teachers. Well, everything was perfect until that one moment...
It requires utmost amount of vibrancy and placidity to calm the rush in the morning light especially when you are the senior one of the most characters there. Every workmate brought the requisite items which required almost months of planning to be requisite. Business deciding, items deciding, advertising, coupon selling, bookkeeping- accounting, resource management, and people management- all these hurdles just to pass that one day successfully. Our main task was to satisfy our consumers with the best possible burgers and nachos. Well, no one in this world is perfect to the faults which indeed our nachos proved to be. While making the cheesy nachos, our cheese sauce literally just polished off (finished off) and the line in front of the counter seemed ever-lasting. A moment of panic struck me too hard. I was leading the counter of cheesy nachos. Everyone waiting and waiting and then yelling and then waiting. And I...
I closed my eyes for a moment and took a deep breath. Thinking. As I opened my eyes with a strong belief, everything somehow seemed intelligible. Luckily, the ultimate nachos department had extra cheese cubes which we, by fair means or foul, compensated.
To be honest, doing such projects not only makes an individual a thirsty learner but also makes him a firm believer in goodness. It's like our "Koh-I-Noor", giving the best of the best to the one having its possession, but even authorizing its responsibility at the same time. In the end, it's worth giving your days.
